1. ServicesSpeak Ukrainian provides:● Online one-to-one lessons● Group lessons and online courses● Digital educational materials● Physical products such as textbooks and flashcards● Access to online learning platforms and educational content
2. Online Lessons2.1 Booking LessonsLessons are scheduled at mutually agreed times between the student and Speak Ukrainian.Lesson booking may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed after payment.
2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyScheduled lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the lesson start time.If cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 12 hours before the lesson, the lesson will be considered completed and charged in full.
2.3 Teacher CancellationIf a lesson is cancelled or interrupted due to the fault of Speak Ukrainian or the teacher, the lesson will not be counted as completed and will be rescheduled or credited.
3. Online Course: “From an Absolute Beginner to a Confident Speaker”3.1 Course StructureThe Course lasts 5 months from the official start date:The first 4 months include curator support and feedbackThe final month is dedicated to self-study accessThe Course is conducted in cohorts with fixed start dates.
3.2 Course ContentThe Course includes:● 16 modules● 25 lessons● 8 live online sessions● Assignments and quizzes● Additional downloadable materials● Course materials are delivered through online learning platforms including SendPulse and Zoom.Speak Ukrainian reserves the right to update, improve, modify, or replace course materials, platforms, schedules, or educational content at any time.
3.3 Student ResponsibilitiesSome course materials may require printing. Students are responsible for:● printing required materials,● completing assignments,● and submitting work electronically where applicable.Students are also responsible for maintaining stable internet access, compatible devices, and the necessary software required to access the Course.
4. Payments4.1 Accepted Payment MethodsPayments may be made through payment providers available on the Website, including PayPal, Revolut, Wise, bank transfer, and other supported payment methods.
4.2 Payment TermsFull payment must be received before access to lessons, courses, or materials is granted unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund Policy5.1 Online LessonsUnused lesson packages may be refunded at Speak Ukrainian’s discretion unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.Lessons cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time are non-refundable.
5.2 Online CoursesStudents may request a full refund before the official Course start date.Once the Course has started and access to materials has been provided, refunds are not available.
5.3 Physical ProductsRefunds or replacements for textbooks and flashcards may be provided in cases of damaged or incorrect items.Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Suspension of Course AccessStudents may request a temporary suspension of Course access for up to two weeks by submitting a written request.If approved, Course access may be extended accordingly.
7. Code of ConductStudents are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, curators, and other students.Speak Ukrainian reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services without refund in cases of:● abusive behavior,● harassment,● discrimination,● disruptive conduct,● misuse of educational materials or platforms,● or any conduct that negatively affects other students or staff.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll course materials, videos, textbooks, flashcards, worksheets, branding, logos, downloadable resources, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Speak Ukrainian Ltd.Digital products and downloadable materials are provided for personal educational use only.Users may not:● reproduce,● distribute,● resell,● record,● publish,● or share materials without prior written permission from Speak Ukrainian Ltd.Lessons, live sessions, and course materials may not be recorded or distributed without prior written consent.
9. DisclaimerWe do not guarantee specific language learning outcomes, fluency levels, exam results, or timelines.Student progress depends on individual effort, participation, consistency, and practice.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Speak Ukrainian Ltd shall not be liable for:● indirect or consequential losses,● technical interruptions,● internet failures,● device incompatibility,● loss of data,● platform outages,● or inability to access services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.
11. Force MajeureSpeak Ukrainian shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:● war,● natural disasters,● power outages,● internet disruptions,● government restrictions,● epidemics,● civil unrest,● strikes,● or other force majeure events.
12. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
